Here are some of the sources of patent copies.  There are many more and the number is increasing almost daily, it seems.  

• Delphion - Delphion Intellectual Property Network - US patents, plus others including European, Japanese, and PCT searchable at a fee.
  
• esp@cenet - Europe's network of patent databases, including US and European patents plus information on others.
  
• Get^thePatent^{.com   -}a source of patents for download in a smaller file format than some other sources and provides  subscriptions.
  
• Micropatent - a leading pay service for patent copies with a variety of products for small and large customers.
  
• PatentGopher.com - a source for US patents with downloading full text PDF files available.
  
• ReedFax (The Patent Connection) - LexisNexis, the large legal research company provides patents and trademarks through this service.
  
• US Patent and Trademark Office - online searching for patents issued since 1790.

• Basic Facts About Trademarks - a publication of the US Patent and Trademark Office
  
• International Trademark Association - the major worldwide organization for trademark owners and advisors.
  
• Marksonline - Provides trademark and internet domain name information and search function for free.  Includes information on filing state trademark applications as well.
  
• trademark.com - is an online pay service for trademark searches.  Its products are priced for both the full-time trademark professional as well as the individual searching a single product name or slogan.

• The Copyright Society of the USA - The Society is a center of the American copyright community for the bar, for industry and for law schools.
  
• Copyright Clearance Center - provides a central clearance house for permission to copy copyrighted works.
  
• U.S. Copyright Office Home Page - provides information on copyrights, forms, and searchable database.

• Berkman Center for Internet & Society - a research program at the Harvard Law School, includes an interesting newsletter on Internet issues
  
• CyberTimes Cyber Law Journal - weekly articles on legal issues raised by the Internet from the New York Times.
  
• Cyberlaw Centre - a good list of cyberlaw resources (has not been updated for some time)

• Intellectual Property and Technology Forum at Boston College Law School - provides an interesting combination of new, commentary and forums on intellectual property and technology law issues.
  
• Journal of Information, Law and Technology - an electronic law journal containing high quality articles, published by the University of Warwick in the UK.
  
• Learning Cyberlaw in Cyberspace - a good introduction to cyberlaw by a group of law school professors.
